Guidebook Reviews
Most people in my life, including Christians, do not know or understand the value of a healthy nutrition and fitness plan. The Path of Life Guidebook makes it evident that “our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit.” I treasure the examples given in Chapter 8 on a “Cleansing Fast.” Yes…we need the spiritual component, but there is much more to the body than the spirit. The balance that we need is precisely illustrated in this book.

The Path of Life Guidebook is a great contribution that will benefit a person’s journey towards wholeness of mind, body, and spirit! The chapters on sanctification and endurance as well as the prayer charts are outstanding!

The task of caring for one self is often a daunting undertaking. We know what we need to do and yet so often the motivation and discipline is fleeting. From a holistic perspective, Pamela Ellis introduces us to a process where we can not only care for but also nurture the mind, body, and spirit. This guidebook can be a tremendous help to each of us in living life fully and abundantly, as the Lord has intended!
